Queste sono le voci che mi dà nell' hard reset menu:
1. reboot system now
2. apply update from ADB
3. apply update from sdcard
4. apply update from cache
5. wipe data/factory reset
6. wipe cache partition
7. backup user data
8. restore user data
9. Enable Adb

a quale voce ti riferisci? Non sono molto pratico con android
