ok piccolo aggiornamento
ho disinstallato completmante android SDK e reinstallato tutto il 23
ora, mi sono accorto che se avvio il progetto mediante emulatore android RIPPLE, tutto funziona
mentre su DEVICE mi da errore come prima!

ma sebbene ho aggiunto i plugin indicati non è cambiato nulla
suggerimenti?
