Caratteri Cinesi Arabi Cirillici Etc.

Sto facendo un sito tradotto in Cinese, Giapponese, Arabo e Russo
Non ho problemi con questi catatteri su nessun prodotto Microsoft (Frontpage, Access, Excel, Explorer) ma appena uso prodotti Macromedia ed in particolare Flash 5.0 i caratteri vengono sostituiti tutti da punti interrogativi.
Non credo che sia una questione di fonts ma di caratteri speciali, ESISTE UNA FUNZIONE (FORSE NELL'INSTALLAZIONE) CHE PERMETTA DI ATTIVARE LINGUE DIVERSE DA QUELLE OCCIDENTALI CARICANDO QUESTI CARATTERI SPECIALI?
ORA FACCIO UNA PROVA QUI DI SEGUITO PER VEDERE SE CI SONO PROBLEMI CON IL VOSTRO SISTEMA PHP:

Unfortunately, previous versions of Flash (5 and below) do not support the Unicode Standard. The characters of non-Latin, Unicode fonts will not display correctly in the Flash Players previous to version 6.
