Non capisco oggi non me ne va bene una grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
da un problema strano anche a me, ma non con la barra di scorrimento, ma con il bordo... prova a togliere border="0" ed a lasciare frameborder="0"
oppure c'è qualche altro errore html nella pagina
prova a scrivere il codice più ordinato e pulito
ho accorciato le tabbelle!
Togliendo cio che mi avevi detto non cambia nada!
Risultato:
Non bello da vedere visto che le tabelle non arrivano fino in fodno alla pagina.....
