Questa è l'e.mail ricevuta da un sito americano che scambiava link con il mio e che improvvisamente mi ha eliminato :

Our links pages have recently been modified and we are in the process of notifying all prior links partners. We had over 1,000 link partners, so this is a time consuming task. We have been advised to modify our links pages by our search engine optimization firm. Our Google page rankings recently dropped from a 7 to a 5, and it has been suggested that this may have been caused by our link relationships with many sites that had our link posted on link pages with Google page rankings of 0. Apparently, this does nothing for our popularity rankings, and may actually effect us negatively. I'm not exactly sure how all of this works, but this is what we have been told.

We have removed all link partners who had our links placed on pages with a page rankings of less than 3. If your site was removed in error, and your link pages rank higher than 3, please let me know and I will see that your link is added back to our site
