alice flat 256k (connessione lentissima)

Salve, ho l'abbonamento alice flat 256k e da circa un mese la mia connessione è lentissima;non supera i 7kBs, in pratica quanto un modem 56kb.
Il modem è fastrate 100 usb.
C'è un modo per vedere se è il modem a dare questo problema?

Ciao. Alcuni utenti, soprattutto delle regioni meridionali, si sono lamentati della lentezza della connessione, proprio da un mese a questa parte. Prova a fare alcune prove di tracert verso ngi.it e postali.

Controlla rwin, anche se dubito sia quallo il problema
