la saturazione dipende dal provider, praticamente non c'è più banda in centrale.
c'è più utenza di quanta dovrebbe esserci per un funzinamento corretto.
devi segnalarlo all'isp e aspettare che risolvano.
se fai il ping su 192.168.100.1 ne saremo sicuri

Il ping fallo senza fare altro con la tua connessione, ne upload ne download.

Penso che ci sia qualcosa che non va nella mia alice adsl.
(Durante il test ho disattivato firewall e antivirus e chiuso altre connessioni)
Ho notato che mentre faceva il test il download spesso si fermava e poi riprendeva.
