Script orario a.m./p.m.

Buonasera a tutti, ho questa funzione 'orario' in jscript vorrei che invece di visualizzarsi l'orario con a.m. o p.m. si visulizzassero tutte le 24 ore (es. 19:25 e non 7:25 p.m.), dove devo modificare lo script?
