[vb6] Scrivere dentro Excel

Salve a tutti, dovrei scrivere con VB dentro una cella Excel, è possibile?
Questa cella cambia giorno per giorno, ma so dove andare a scrivere.
Ed è possibile anche estrarre un valore, sempre da una cella excel (questa contiene una formula). Questa invece è fissa.

Usa MDAC 2.7 o 2.8 e questa connString

"Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\MyExcel.xls;Extended Properties=""Excel 8.0;HDR=Yes;IMEX=1""" 
"HDR=Yes;" indicates that the first row contains columnnames, not data
"IMEX=1;" tells the driver to always read "intermixed" data columns as text
TIP! SQL syntax: "SELECT * FROM [sheet1$]" - i.e. worksheet name followed by a "$" and wrapped in "[" "]" brackets

nel forum ho trovato questo...( ed è quello che uso ) ma ti lascia solo leggere i dati... non ti lascia aggiungere o correggere !!!
qualcuno ha qualche idea....
