credo che fastweb arrivi prima su HDSL per aziende ( se c'è richiesta dalle aziende ) poi su ADSL per home e poi in fibra ottica ( molto ma molto lentantamente dato che i costi sono altissimi) , da me fastweb su ADSL è arrivata nel 2003.
