Come giustamente dice Rockmaker se non ci dici che browser usi è difficile aiutarti...
cmq se nel tuo browser hai impostato correttamente i cokie, dovresti provare a fare una bella scansione antivirus e anti-spyware...
il problema potrebbe essere quello.
