[OT] Visual Studio .NET 2005 Beta 2: problemi di installazione

Buongiorno...
ho un problema sull'installazione del programma Visual Studio .NET 2005 Beta 2.

Al momento dell'installazione mi viene generato un file log di questo tipo:
(ho preso in esame il testo incriminato, per non riportare tutto il file)

ho provato tutti i suggerimenti che Microsoft mette a disposizione, ma senza risultato.
La macchina su cui effettuo l'installazione ha come sistema operativo Windows XP SP2 con tutti gli update aggiornati(appena formattata).

Se qualcuno sa come risolvere questo problema!!!

forse c'è stato un errore nel download(se lo hai scaicato da internet)
oppure
...il cd è graffiato?

altra cosa
forse il tuo pc ha dei difetti

Il DVD è quello che proveniente direttamente da un convegno Microsoft, il PC è stato appena formattato e installato SO Windows XP Home Edition - SP2.

Non penso sia questo il problema...
Inoltre, l'installazione mi ha generato un file di errore (dd_vserror80.txt) con questa digitura (Error code 1603)

è strano il fatto che in precedenza, prima di formattare l'avevo installato senza alcun problema...
