Sembra che non riconosca più l'HD per fare bootstrap...da bios riesci a vederlo???

Controlla che nella sequenza di boot ci sia ancora C: , in caso affermativo mi sa che ti è saltato o il MBR o i file che servivano a bootare dal disco fisso...prova a fare un ripristino col cd di xp anche se dubito che tu risolva.
