Il conto l'ho fatto in base al limite fisico che ti impone RWIN verso i siti che pinghi più di un certo tot. Se MTU viene realmente accettato il resto è ok. Per il test dopo che hai settato i valori e riavviato pc e modem/router vai qua.
ecco ciò che ottengo:
