ho fatto un passo avanti, adesso utilizzando il metodo replace.textarea, legge correttamente tutti gli articoli, però ho dovuto aggiungere questi replace prima di caricare il testo nella textarea:

...e fin qua tutto funziona bene nella visualizzazione.
...adesso il problema è un altro, quando scrivo in un qualsiasi articolo il carattere < (minore), il testo dopo il carattere non viene visualizzato nella textarea.
Nel Db il carattere minore è salvato come & lt;, però non funziona, come posso fare, ho provato con il replace ma non funziona lo stesso, perfavore aiutatemiiii!!!....
