Invece della funzione Date() potresti usare Now.
Ad esempio:

Gg = Day(Now)
If Len(Gg) = 1 Then Gg = "0" & Gg
Mm = Month(Now)
If Len(Mm) = 1 Then Mm = "0" & Mm
Hh = Hour(Now)
If Len(Hh) = 1 Then Hh = "0" & Hh
Mi = Minute(Now)
If Len(Mi) = 1 Then Mi = "0" & Mi

Per poi ottenere la data così:

Data = Gg & "/" & Mm & "/" & Year(Now) & " " & Hh & ":" & Mi
