Per accrescere il PR hai due possibilità:

1)Accrescere il numero dei tuoi backlinks
2)Farti linkare con un link diretto da un sito web con PR più alto del tuo.

In pratica (semplificando molto) se ti link un sito con PR 4 Google ti assegnerà un PR 3 se ti linka un PR5 arriverai a PR 4 ecc..
