Ho compilato i sorgenti, ovviamente non posso fare un make install, pero' mi sa che non e' sufficiente o sbaglio?

non è detto che non vada se installi con il prefisso della tua home
poi magari crei .xinitrc e parti con startx

guarda cosa dice un make --help
dovrebbe dare un opzione per installarle con --prefix=/home/user/fluxbox
poi quando ti ha fatto la dir in home devi creare un file .xinitrc nella home e scriverci es
