Guarda avevo già provato a farla manualmente per escludere php con mysql query browser.

INSERT INTO soggetti (idu,idev,soggetto) (SELECT tsoggetti.id, eventi.id, tsoggetti.soggetto FROM eventi, tsoggetti WHERE eventi.id = '1' ORDER BY soggetto)

ma non funge

ps: anche sostituendo "=" con "LIKE" non cambia nulla.
