Salve a tutti.

Ho installato Apache, PHP e Mysql con Synaptic. I pacchetti del PHP risultato installati, ma quando vado su localhost, nel fondo pagina, leggo:

Apache/2.0.55 (Ubuntu) mod_python/3.1.4 Python/2.4.3 Server at localhost Port 80

eppure i pacchetti PHP sono installati!!!!

Qual il problema???? :confused:

Pu essere che apache non carichi il modulo.
Controlla su httpd.conf.
Se li hai appena installati inoltre potrebbe essere necessario riavviare apache per fargli caricare il nuovo file di configurazione :ciauz:

Sto utilizzando il Kubuntu la cartella di apache tutta diversa. Nel modulo httpd.conf scritto solo questo:

Il file di configurazione dovrebbe essere /etc/apache2/apache2.conf
Mentre i siti (virtual host) sono in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/ (li dentro trovi le configurazioni dei tuoi virtual host).
Comunque prova a riavviare apache come ti hanno consigliato con il comando

/etc/init.d/apache2 -k restart

Poi prova a fare una pagina con il codice

<?php phpinfo()?>

Mettila nella document root e prova a interrogarla via browser

Nessun riferimento ai moduli.

ho riavviato pi volte apache (e il computer) senza alcun risultato....

mai provato XAMPP ? E' un file compresso in cui c' tutto: apache, mysql, php, phpmyadmin ed un sacco di altre utility. Lo scompatti, ti crea una dir /opt/....... e ci mette tutto dentro. E' gi tutto configurato (configurazioni di base, ovviamente) basta lanciarlo ed usarlo via browser, mettere le password ecc... Lo trovi sull'extra di Linux Pro ora in edicola. Quando lo vuoi togliere, cancelli la dir ed tutto fatto.

C' anche un howto su internet basta che cerchi in google.it/linux con oggetto "xampp" e trovi tutto.

Secondo me hai installato i pacchetti sbagliati.
Non che hai installato pacchetti tipo "php", "php_cli" o simili?
Devi installare il modulo per apache di php, non il semplice php.
Non so che distro hai quindi non posso dirti il nome corretto del pacchetto ma su mandriva si chiama "apache_php_mod" mi pare.. cmq anche sulle altre distro ha un nome simile :)
Se hai apache2 ricordati di installare il pacchetto per apache2 :ciauz:

Ciao, adesso sembra funzionare.
Ho eliminato tutti gli altri modulo del PHP e installati solo quelli necessari.
