Pagine ASP su supporto mobile: come fare?

Dovendo far "girare" un sito web su Pendrive, come installare IIS (o altro server ) su pendrive per gestire le pagine ASP ?

IIS deve essere installato sul PC che usa la pendrive

Pensavo di poter evitare IIS su tutti i PC che debbano leggere la PenDrive, magari un caricando sullo stesso supporto mobile un Webserver portatile.
Eventualmente dovrò ricorrere a PHP e MySql.....
