ciao, da circa un paio di settimane ho notato che durante le ore pomeridiane ho un ping che oscilla sui 120-130ms per ritornare normale ( 58-60ms) con l'arrivare della sera e durare fino al pomeriggio seguente.
ho anche notato che non riesco più a raggiungere la max velocatià con un solo thread, arrivavo sempre sui 490-500kb/s.
ho un alice 4mbit - modem usb - windows xp sp2
questi sono i valori:

ho già provato ad usere diversi valori rwin ( 64240 e multipli) il risultato non cambia
