Ciao Ragazzi, ho bisogno del vs aiuto!
Il mio portatile è stato per qualche tempo con la sola protezione di un Norton antivirus per lo più “scaduto” da circa un anno. Temo ora di avere qualche problemino…
Dopo aver eliminato il Norton, ho eseguito le seguenti scansioni in quest’ordine:
- AVAST antivirus ha trovato un trojan chiamato WIN32:SMALL-BTG che ora è in quarantena
- SBYBOT S&D ha trovato un certo numero di cookie traccianti e cose del genere…
- AVG antivirus ha trovato un trojan chiamato CLICKER.DGD che ora è in quarantena.
- AVG antispyware non ha trovato nulla
utilizzando programmi aggiornati. A questo punto lamentavo i seguenti problemi:
- AVG Resident Shield trovava ogni momento un Trojan chiamato Lop.AH in C:\WINNT\yvwad1.dll che non poteva porre in quarantena. Potevo solo “ignorare” il messaggio che pochi momenti dopo era di nuovo lì. La prima volta ricordo un messaggio del tipo "Something bad has occurred to your AVG program..." ma non ricordo i dettagli.
- Nel Control Panel/System/User Profiles c’è un utente di troppo chiamato "TYv" che non ho mai creato. Posso cancellarlo, ma non completamente (mi dice che la cartella non è vuota e quella non me la fa cancellare) ed al successivo restart è di nuovo là.
- Un processo chiamato HPHMON06.exe, che dovrebbe essere un monitor della mia stampante HP, alloca memoria in continuazione e lo devo terminare per evitare che finisca col mandare in crash il sistema. Al successivo restart è di nuovo là.
- Vedo delle finestre pubblicitarie mentre navigo su Internet.
- Diversi programmi posti sul desktop non funzionano più correttamente o i loro link sono sbagliati. Se li eseguo (Word, Excel, iTunes…), parte il Windows Installer che vuole il disco di istallazione, come se alcuni file fossero stati cancellati o corrotti. Alcuni alla fine partono lo stesso (Word, iTunes ma non posso garantire che funzionino al 100%) altri non funzionano più (Publisher).
- Il computer è lentissimo.
A questo punto ho estratto il seguente HijackThis log file... ottenerlo è stato un altro problema… il programma era contenuto in un file zip. Per estrarlo in una cartella permanente ho dovuto rinominare il file perché altrimenti winzip si chiudeva un attimo dopo essersi aperto senza darmi modo di far nulla. Stessa cosa per lanciare il programma, solo che per questo neanche rinominare l’eseguibile era sufficiente. Ho scoperto che c’è un processo chiamato “Mcafeeservice.exe” (ed io NON ho McAfee installato sul computer) che deve essere terminato. Solo dopo averlo fatto riesco a lanciare HijackThis.
