errore 500 locale

Salve a tutti pochi minuti fa ho installato la nuova versione del pacchetto web Appserv 2.5.7 con Apacha 2.2 ora quando vado a visualizzare la prima pagina tramite i seguenti indirizzi

• http://127.0.0.1
• http://SuperSavio
• http://10.0.0.4 ( ip interno della mia lan )

mi visualizza il seguente errore

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

cosa posso fare???

ho fatto un netstat -a per vedere tutte le connessioni e porte
ho tutte anche la 21 per il mio server ftp ma nn ce la 80 per il web come mai?? come posso risolvere??
