secondo me va postato in "Server"...
in ogni caso la risposta è affermativa se la tua domanda tradotta è "Un server 2003 può navigare passando per un proxy?"...
Un server è un server, non un client. Può sfruttare dei servizi forniti da altri server, ma non è un client.
