errore in compilazione tcl

salve ragazzi,
dopo aver trovato i driver ati per il mio portatile con su montato mandriva,sono alla ricerca di un client di chat per msn,ho provato kopete ma non sò perchè ma non accetta la configurazione del proxy,ora ho scaricato i sorgenti di amsn 0.94,ho spacchettato il file,fin qui tutto ok,ma quando vado a provare a far partire l'installazione si blocca dicendomi non riesce a compilare,perchè??

non lo riesce a configurare perchè manca del tutto un compilatore, questa parte del configure è abbastanza eloquente.

prova ad installare gcc e ripetere l'operazione, oppure potresti provare qualche altro client tipo gaim
