immagini in musica

[Kurobane no Oni]

racchiuse nei testi delle canzoni che ascoltiamo ci sono immagini, figure, allegorie proprio come in poesia.
E proprio come nelle poesie, alcune ci colpiscono piu' di altre, vuoi perche' vengano maggiormente incontro ai nostri gusti, vuoi per la loro forza, o per la loro particolarita'.
A volte sono addirittura quasi canzoni intere...



Quali sono le vostre preferite? Ma sopratutto perche'?

Provo a cominciare io:

"The skies will collide" -Wings of Heaven, da Prey, dei Tiamat.
Mi piace la forza che ha, ed anche il contrasto che offre; il cielo mi ha sempre evocato qualcosa di maestoso ma nello stesso tempo leggero, puro, cristallino. L'idea dei cieli che si scontrano, in una canzone che parla di amore passionale come appunto Wings of Heaven, per me e' perfetta.

"Betrayed by sunrise" -Bright Eyes, da Imaginations from the other side, dei Blind Guardian.
Anche di questa mi piace molto il contrasto.

Io penso a qualcun'altra, nel frattempo... sentiamo voi!

Che roba difficile, vuol dire scegliere... :master:
In gni momento della mia vita c'è una canzone che mi fa ridere, o piangere, o pensare a qlcn.
Ho appena finito di riascoltare allo sfinimento "Gli Ostacoli del cuore" di Elisa e Liga perchè in quelle parole si nascondeva un legame prezioso.
Anche se quella persona ora nn la sento piu', ogni volta che la riascolto è un tuffo al cuore.
Ci sono un sacco di canzoni importanti, potenti, nella mia vita.

ma una su tutti, i Carmina Burana, non appartiene che a me... e mi ci perdo dentro.
