Tramite php vorrei accedere ad una pagina web html...come vengo riconosciuto? Con l'ip del mio server? E' possibile decidere quale ip far visualizzare alla pagina web?

Dipende da come vuoi "includere" la pagina:
se la metti in un frame viene identificato l'ip del client;
se la carichi tramite un file_get_contents viene identificato l'ip del server.

No, non puoi farlo.
Potresti usare una sorta di spoofing, anche se con i nuovi standard è una pratica che non pui più utilizzare
nemmeno connettendomi ad una pagina tramite proxy (sempre usando php)?
