errore su synaptic / apt-get

quando provo a scaricare qualcosa sia con synaptic sia con apt-get mi viene fuori questo errore

effettivamente il cd di ubuntu 7.04 è un pò danneggiato è da problemi...però anche quando lo tolgo mi esce lo stesso errore... la rete non ha problemi perchè riesco benissimamente a connettermi...cos'altro può essere? uso ubuntu 6.10+kde

credo che molto probabilmente c'è un problema con il sources.list magari postandone il contenuto si potrebbe capire cosa c'è che non va.

a prescindere, io commenterei le righe riferite al cd, se hai una connessione valida.

cmq ho provato a commentare come hai detto tu e adesso sembra andare...siccome sono un neofita mi spieghi cos'è che ho fatto? ho disabilitato il lettore cd? e quando dovrei riabilitarlo?

ho il vago dubbio che stai per essere schiacciato dal sonno.

la distro installata è edgy , stai tentando di farli leggere il cdrom di feisty che ti restituisce errore release di conseguenza

Aggiorna x feisty tutto il sorcio poi fai update e prosegui con l'upgrade

per vari motivi (vedi vecchio thread) non riesco ad aggiornare... e cmq mi dava lo stesso errore anche dopo aver tolto il cd di feisty dal lettore

commenta i repo relativi al cd.in questo modo si va a prendere i pacchetti da internet e non dal cd (danneggiato,sbagliato o disinserito,appunto )
