in ubuntu bastava andare in una voce di menu e abilitare il controllo remoto.
in kubuntu non la trovo e suppongo non ci sia.

Devi avere un server vnc da avviare...
Controlla se hai gia un server vnc installato se lo hai avvialo e ti puoi collegare...
Se non sai se lo hai fai un locate VNC e vedi se hai un binario vncserver da avviare...
Se non lo hai installati Tightvnc o simili...
