Dopo di questo non c'è più niente: // This program is free softw
con // mi da sempre errore
ma allora non hai la index online... hai solo i commenti iniziali...
Per togliere l'errore basterebbe togliere le ultime 3 linee, ma ti ritroveresti comunque con un file index.php praticamente vuoto...

hai letto quello che ho scritto?
Il file index.php è VUOTO.
Rifai l'upload, non so quello che sia successo, ma cosi com'è adesso è ovvio che non entri, non c'è una riga di codice php nel tuo file.
