Problema con avenger

Non ci sto capendo più nulla sul mio pc.
Piccolo riassunto.
Scarico un gioco dal mulooo e me lo ritrovo sul desktop.nella cartella non c'è nulla.
La cartella non si elimina, mi dice DIRECTORY non vuota.
studiando su internet scarico avenger e la riesco ad eliminare.
Vado in c:\avenger e me la ritrovo li, ma non si elimina .
che devo fare con la cartella in C ?

seguo un vecchio post del forum e lancio avenger su quei comandi e mi ritrovo :

non riesco ad installare nessun antivirus .

ho scaricato anche gmer, ma mi dice che non ho nulla , nessuna linea rossa si è evidenziata.

mi aiutate ?
