Acer Extensa 5200 e connect card

    Ciao a tutti,
possiedo il suddetto portatile e sto cercando di far funzionare una dannata pc-card Onda N501HS. Lanciando lsusb ottengo :
    Bus 007 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
    Bus 006 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
    Bus 005 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
    Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 093a:2468 Pixart Imaging, Inc. Easy Snap Snake Eye WebCam
    Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 008: ID 04f3:0210 Elan Microelectronics Corp.
    Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
    Bus 004 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
risultano il mouse e la web-cam ma non la pc-card.
    Questo è l'output di dmesg:
pccard: CardBus card inserted into slot 0

Cosa significano in particolare le ultime righe, è un problema legato alla pc-card non rilevata o allo slot?
    Spero possiate aiutarmi.
    Grazie.
