Javascript sbagliato ? o giusto ?

Salve carissimi ..

Un mio amico su messenger mi ha passato questo Script, e mi ha detto che non e' Corretto...
dato che io di Javascript non ci capisco una mazza...per favore..ci sarebbe qualcuno cosi gentile da darmi una mano ?

lo script e' quella finestra nera sulla sinistra con su scritto "Lineage2 DEX Romania"
e se muovete il Mouse su e giu con la rotellina...la finestrella Si muove......

questo script che vi do adesso..dovrebbe essere piu' o meno simile..pero' non so se lo e'...
