Il test di sicurezza si fanno con diversi tool e con molta analisi.
Per testare seriamente router firewall server o altro dovresti analizzarli per bene da cima a fondo, non è una cosa che si fa in 10 minuti, è parecchio complicato.
Intanto comincia a vedere se hai sistemi aggiornati servizi superflui disattivati o filtrati e tutte queste cose.

I test sono attendibili se si sanno fare e interpretare,non ci sono spplicazioni dove inserisci l' indirizzo ip e ti rispondono il server è sicuro.
Ci sono applicazioni programmi script framework per testare la sicurezza di client,router,access point server web,mail,db,cracking di wep wpa wifi, bluetooth e tutto quello che vuoi...
