Non riesco a trovare una soluzione. Ho contattato l'assistenza Betamax ma non ho ancora avuto una risposta. Per favore aiutatemi. Grazie a tutti.
La spiegazione più ovvia è che tu non abbia "ricaricato" l'account

E' necessario anteporre il prefisso internazionale per effettuare una chiamata. Ad esempio per chiamare il numero italiano 06123456 devi comporre il numero 003906123456

Se usi il loro software assicurati che il firewall di windows o un'altro firewall non blocchi le tue porte in ascolto

Il problema potrebbe essere a livello di router che blocca le "porte voip" (5060) assicurati che tutto sia configurato correttamente. Puoi trovare istruzioni dettagliate qui:

Il problema non era tanto la frase (che bene o male si capisce, ho letto di peggio..) ma il fatto che abbia scritto in maiuscolo, che equivale a urlare in ogni parte ove esiste un collegamento internet al mondo

My problem is that i haved charged my account and 7 euro in it .First i was calling every wehere from the same computer and same router but this problem came .when i call on message arrive that (other user has ended the call due to an error).
This is my third account that is bloking first had 20 euro and blocked . i made another one and it has 7 euro and also blocked . I had write a lot of time bitamax but no answer and no sulution . what can i do ...
Reading your story of multiple blocked accounts i suspect that the problem is in voipraider system. Just to check please try to make a call using the web interface. You need to log in and click on phone-to-phone. Select your number (a mobile is ok but you will be charged more) and the destination number you want to call. If the call connect, voipraider system is ok and we will try to help you to configure another sofware to make calls.
Are you using an ata adapter like fritz!box or similar?

i am not using any device for calling .
I had use a lot of computer for making calls through bitmax accounts .
