parsare un feed rss con php

devo solo parsare e fare un echo secondo quella struttura che vi ho riportato sotto...

io consoco asp e non php... qualcuno può aiutarmi visto che mi trovo su un server che non supporta asp ed è l'ulinca cosa che mi manca?
