Creare Tabelle in SQL SERVER 2005 da uno schema XML [VB.NET]

Vorrei sapere se in qualche modo è possibile importare tabelle da uno schema XML in SQL Server 2005...

Dal sopraindicato schema dovrei crearmi la tabella "Customer"...

Esiste qualche libreria in vb.net che posso utilizzare per questo scopo?
