Job Role:
To work with internal and external customers to deliver on all aspects of the learning and development cycle: training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of specialist IT learning and development interventions
Degree, NVQ level 5 or part qualified CIPD (or equivalent)
2 years in-depth specialist IM&T experience of design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development interventions.
Intermediate IT applications qualifications equivalent to ECDL, MOS (Microsoft Office Systems).
Experience of providing high quality Learning & Development services to a range of diverse customers
Excellent persuasive verbal communication and presentation skills.
Report writing skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiating skills, influencing skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Willingness to undertake continuous personal and professional development.
Knowledge of current learning methodologies, competency frameworks and best practice.
Ability to prioritise work and meet conflicting deadlines.
Ability to contribute and deliver on quality assurance standards as set by internal and external bodies.
Project management skills.
