[Ubuntu] Dynamic Dns come e quale programma farlo ?

Salve
Con ubuntu 8.04 mi servirebbe:
programmino da tanere sempre attivo sul pc che invierà ogni tot tempo al server dns il tuo url in maniera che il redirect sia sempre aggiornato e rimandi gli utenti al mio ip.

In pratica mi serve per avere un ip esterno fisso invece che dinamico come è gia ora con Telecom.

Quali sono le istruzioni da eseguire per fare questo ?

Basta che riesco ad accedere da fuori al mio pc senza aver problemi chi mi cambia il mio ip esterno.

Qualsiasi metodo è buono basta che riesco a sapere come entrare.

Come faccio ?

Basta che faccio semplicemente http://sulla.homepc.it/sulla/ ?
si aggiorna ogni quanto ? Rischio che per mezz'ora sia irraggiungibile ?
Porte da aprire ?
E infine viene avviato all'avvio di linux o devo fare qualcosa in particolare?
