come faccio a cancellare in un colpo solo tutte le regole di iptables che già mi trovo impostate?

iptables -F dovrebbe fare al caso tuo

-F, --flush [chain]
Flush the selected chain (all the chains in the table if none is given).
This is equivalent to deleting all the rules one by one.
