Problemi con l'invio di un email con java

Ciao ragazzi,
ho un piccolo problema.... Volevo provare a inviare un email tramite java, ma nn ci riesco perche nn inserisco bene l'indirizzo del mio provider... se qualcuno riesce a darmi qualche dritta mi farebbe un grandissimo piacere....
Questo è quello che ho scritto.....

Ovviamente per poter accedere al tuo provider devi avere una username e password. Prova con questo:

scusa la mia domanda idiota... ma user psw quali devo mettere?? per esempio io ho alice per accederci devo mettere user aliceadsl psw aliceadsl per dire??? poi nn so dimme se sbaglio....
