io posso per la mia modesta esperienza di essermi trovato bene con un poweredge sc1435 con doppio processore amd opteron è il primo server non intel che ho maneggiato ma mi sono trovato bene a lavoro tratto solo ibm ma x quello che posso dire cn l'opteron 64 bit mi trovo bene..

Il mio è un server di posta con 46 account su una dmz puo gestire ancora molti altri account senza problemi comunque esattamente che servizi vorresti mettere in piedi sul tuo server?
Io sto pensando di renderlo anche "webserver" per la posta da browser.

devo affiancare ad un server di posta un server groupware per 60 client, domani andrò a rendermi conto, ma so già che non si potrà spendere tanto quindi stavo pensando (i puristi mi lapiderebbero) di assemblare qualcosa..
