dominio di tophost da puntare su un altro server

Salve a tutti sto girando in rete da 1 ora ma non riesco a trovare niente Fammi pensare
Ho comprato un dominio .it su tophost e ora vorrei farlo puntare al mio spazio web che risiede su un altro server.
Sono andato in Cpanel ( del server dove mettero' il sito ) e ho provato ad aggiungere il dominio ma mi dice questo:

Cosa devo fare ? Mi date una mano per favore?

Ho gia contattato TopHost ma mi hanno detto di fare cose che gia ho fatto

cioè aggiungere un record A e i relativi CNAME... ma quel messaggio appare sempre
