Problema CDOSYS

Salve a tutti,
ho sempre utilizzato CDONTS però adesso per problemi di compatibilità con il server devo utilizzare il CDOSYS, solitamente il codice che utilizzo è il seguente:

C'è qualcuno che mi da una mano a trasformarlo per CDOSYS?
