Errore su DATATIME

Ciao!!!

Ho un problema sulla query:

codice:INSERT INTO CartaIdentita (Nome,Cognome,DataNascita,Indirizzo,CAP,DataIns)
VALUES ('Paolo','Rossi', '2000/04/01','Via Roma','20100','08/04/2009 15.23.27')

L'errore è il seguente:

Server: Msg 242, Level 16, State 3, Line 1
The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value.
The statement has been terminated.

Il problema è sulla seconda data!
Infatti se inserisco al posto di '08/04/2009 15.23.27' la data '04/08/2009 3:23:27 PM' (che è la data contenuta nella tabella) la query viene eseguita.

Come evitare il problema con il formato delle date?

Dato che nessuno ha ancora risposto, vorrei aggiungere un dettaglio...

La data contenuta nella tabella è in questo formato: MM/DD/YYYY HH:mm:SS (12h+AM/PM)
Perchè quando richiama la query ha questo formato: DD/MM/YYYY HH.mm.SS (24h) ???

Nella pagina ASP LCID=1033

Dove effettuare le modifiche?
