Mi sa che ti conviene rinunciare...è abbastanza problematico rendere le scrollbar colorate, se non in IE

Manca il carattere "#" davanti al codice.
Comunque, la colorazione delle barre richiede un codice proprietario IE che non è riconosciuto dagli altri browser.
