Errore BlogEngine.net

Ciao a tutti!
Ho caricato su un mio server con hosting windows il cms BlogEngine.net.
Quando provo a farlo avviare, però mi compare questo errore:

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. beh, direi innanzi tutto di fare quello che c'è scritto li per vedere qual'è errore, no?

questo è un messaggio standard d'errore dei siti in ASP.NET quando si verifica un problema e non c'è ne la gestione degli errori ne il redirect

Si, ma il problema è che non capisco cosa devo fare
Non sono molto esperto in materia
