[OBJ-C] iPhone e SQLite

Sto tentando di interagire da iPhone con un db SQLite, ma sto avendo più difficoltà del previsto.

Quello che cerco di fare e di creare il db incluso nella applicazione e di leggere e scrivere dati al suo interno, qualcuno che ha già affrontato l'argomento saprebbe indicarmi su come muovermi?

Si ho guardato, ma non avevo trovato nulla...ho ricontrollato ora, ma continuo a non vederlo

SQLiteBooks era il nome, effetivamente ora non lo vedo neanche io.
però ho ancora la cartella qua

Nelle FAQ cmq ho trovato questo:

How do I write to an SQLite database?

You would write to an SQLite database as you would on other platforms. The main constraint is that you must choose a suitable location for your database (see "How do I write information locally?"). See the SQLiteBooks sample code for more information.

How do I bundle an SQLite database with my application?

Add the existing database file to your Xcode project as you would any other resource file, by dragging it to the "Resources" group in the project's Files view. When prompted, make sure you add the file to the appropriate Target (if your project has more than one). Xcode copies the file into the application bundle when you build your project.

This is all you need to do if your database is meant to be read-only.

If you need to write to your SQLite database, you will need to copy it to one of the directories in your application sandbox, such as Documents, when your application launches.

Cmq io ho ancora la cartella alla peggio, però qui non posso allegarla.
