MEntre questa è la stringa all'interno del body che richiama il menù

Allora il punto è questo:
Se pubblico il tutto nel modo sopra esposto i colori le icone etc etc non si vedono nel modo corretto.
MENTRE se al posto del richiamo del file menu.js all'interno del body metto il codice sopra esposto senza richiamare il file javascript il menù si vede nel modo corretto.
COME E' POSSIBILE??
C'è qualche anima pia ora che mi può aiutare?
